I am an expert in microbial ecology, bioinformatics, and bio-computational analysis. I support researchers by helping them piece together missing elements in their data or workflows. Below are some of my recent collaborations

1. Nanoplastics and Human gut microbiota

I closely work with Unnikrishnan Kannan (https://safe-nano.lab.mcgill.ca/en/) and his team to understand the effect of nanoplastics on human gut microbiota through genomics, amplicon sequencing and metagenome anlysis.

## 3. Actinobacteriota of extreme environments including Polar region, artic and himalyan regions I work closely with Dr. Amit Kumar and Dr. M.
